Quadriga provides personal development for professionals. For us, it is only natural that you progress too. As part of an individual development plan, you will take part in at least five further training days per year. In our onboarding process, you will learn about our company strategy, the product range and all the internal systems.
We focus on substance and are keen to grow together. As well as an informal atmosphere in the workplace, we have a system of flat hierarchies. We do not have a dress code; we welcome people in whatever makes them feel comfortable.
We work in the centre of Berlin, in the immediate vicinity of the political centre – this also supports our atmosphere and sense for diversity and agility.

Needless to say, Quadriga offers the same opportunities to both women and men. We have a balanced ratio of female to male employees, and even at management level, almost half of the positions are held by women.
We have many young mothers in our teams, and we develop individually tailored solutions to allow them to manage their family life and career.
