On November 28, the Tipi am Kanzleramt once again the meeting place for the HR community. At this year's HR Excellence Awards - organized by Quadriga and Human Resources Manager magazine - the focus was on the most visionary projects and most committed teams in the industry. An evening full of inspiration, encounters and genuine HR passion.
The HR Excellence Awards 2025 offered a stage for organizations that boldly think ahead in HR management. Whether recruiting, employer branding, diversity, employee development or AI - the award show put the spotlight on those ideas and people who are shaping the future of HR with innovative approaches.
In total 34 categories characterized the independent HREA jury of over 40 experts The jury honored outstanding projects and campaigns and presented the winners with the coveted Flame Cup.
The evening was characterized by moments that invited smiles, amazement and excitement: that special mixture of nervousness, anticipation and tense silence shortly before the announcement of a name - followed by jubilation, relief, tears, hugs and palpable pride. An emotional rollercoaster ride that shows anew every year just how much heart and soul goes into HR work.
The diversity and energy of the HR community was once again particularly impressive. Conversations, encounters and insights behind the scenes made it clear how lively and moving this industry is.
