New to the Quadriga Group: With Quadriga Executive Search (QES) have we expanded our portfolio with our own brand for the targeted Placement of leaders expanded. This is based on the acquisition of Schuhmann Personalberatung, which brings proven expertise in the identification, approach, and positioning of executives, experts, and high potentials.
QES focuses on Casting of key roles in corporate communications, public affairs, and advocacy. The focus is on ideal placement: we bring organizations together with people whose skills, experience, and values align with the respective culture.
This is made possible by the combination of many years of Industry expertise, scientifically based methodology, and strong exchange with the target industries. Through our university and media platforms, we reach thousands of specialists and managers annually – our aim is to support them throughout their entire professional careers.
This very interplay allows us to identify trends in our target industries early on and to identify leaders who can reliably guide companies through change and growth. Starting in 2027, we will strategically expand our services to include HR and will systematically strengthen our executive search expertise in this field as well.
