Continuous improvement is our aspiration and our guiding principle. This applies not only to our further training courses. What began as a start-up in 2000 has developed into a company that takes its social responsibility seriously. We are aware that we can do more - and that is precisely what motivates us.
Through close partnerships with NGOs and social projects that share our values, we support initiatives financially and actively. We are also committed to complying with sustainable standards and organizing our events in a way that conserves resources.
Lasting partnership
We have established long-term and regular cooperation with selected organizations.
This is how we have been supporting the Children's Foundation for over 10 years Wedding Ark with donations in kind and money, among other things. The Arche creates local support and leisure activities for socially disadvantaged children in our home city of Berlin.
The initiative Women100 is committed to equal rights, women's solidarity and female empowerment - together we regularly organize events that focus on these topics.
For several years now, we have also been working closely with HAWAR Help and GermanDream. Their focus is on international responsibility, migration and women's rights. Employees of these organizations benefit from free further training with us.

Our social commitment
Quadriga gets involved: We collect donations, organize events for charitable causes and attach great importance to making a positive contribution to society.
Sustainability
Our 5-point plan for more sustainability
To make our events and our daily work processes more resource-efficient, we have set ourselves sustainability standards in five categories.
Recyclability
We use reusable tableware and try to produce as little waste and disposable items as possible. Where possible, we use furniture from "Second Life" to conserve resources.
Technology
When it comes to our technology, we pay attention to sustainable solutions. We work with regional service providers from Berlin, use LED technology wherever possible and only use green electricity.
Food
We buy our catering as regionally and seasonally as possible and pay attention to sustainability when selecting suppliers. We offer vegetarian or vegan dishes at 60% and pass on surplus leftovers as required.
Mobility
In order to enable an environmentally friendly journey to our events, we maintain partnerships with the railroad. We also offer our participants room contingents in hotels that are no more than 3 kilometers away from the event location.
We print our magazines on recycled paper. Our medium-term goal is to also print brochures on recycled paper. The foiling is always compostable. We work with print shops in the Berlin area and do not use unnecessary print products.
Planting campaign
Quadriga is getting greener!
We take green literally: in 2024, together with the Urban Utopia plant project, we launched a major greening campaign in our building. As part of the office renovation, our employees took on plant sponsorships and became experts in their respective plant species. All the plants are second-hand - not cultivated plants but, for example, discarded specimens from trade fair stands that would otherwise have ended up in the bin. The campaign ensures a higher oxygen content in the office and a better working atmosphere. Our goal: to be the greenest office in Berlin by 2026!
