About the team
Those working in the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics division carry out analyses and, using the knowledge and findings they obtain from the analyses, they advise colleagues in different divisions, such as Business Development and Product Management. The work here might involve conducting a market analysis for a new product, carrying out a study of our customers, compiling optimum marketing distribution lists, evaluating our products or drafting regular reports. In addition, a constantly growing data warehouse is being developed in order to make analyses quicker and easier for everyone. The Marketing Services division is responsible for maintaining our customers’ and interested parties’ contact details to ensure that our products reach participants, readers and users. The team also provides support with research, sales campaigns and event preparation.
