About the team
The People & Communications department focuses on Quadriga’s corporate purpose and core brand: People Development.
We would like to strengthen and support not only our customers, but also you in your professional development. In concrete terms, this means that we work to ensure that you have a good working environment at Quadriga in which you can grow. From administrative prerequisites and targeted further training to timely and adequate communication of relevant developments to a guiding culture that we, as a department, initially shape together with you. And: we inspire new colleagues to become part of this Quadriga guiding culture – through appropriate internal and external communication that follows a clear and integrated corporate identity.
